Ecco l'evoluzione del CDJ-700, finalmente sul nuovo Gemini MDJ-1000 possiamo apprezzare un ampio display orizzontale, la funzione LINK via cavo Ethernet, sarà quindi possibile collegare fra loro due lettori, oppure tramite un HUB di rete fino a 4, in modo da poter condividere la musica di un lettore negli altri, ed in fine parlano di un lettore finalmente stabile, sia a livello di firmware che a livello di solidità meccanica.



The MDJ-1000 is designed with a large 4.3-inch full color screen that provides real-time visual feedback of your playing track. In play mode the screen shows track position on a large full size waveform with full track information including title, time, BPM and Pitch. In addition the display has visual feedback for Slip mode, Hot Cue points as well as active Loops. When browsing the display will show all your songs data including cover art.

Gemini’s new MDJ-1000 focuses on ease of use; you can now use 1 USB stick to share music between up to 4 players. The new LINK mode enables up to 4 players to be connected over Ethernet. When using 2 you can connect them with a standard Ethernet, when using up to 4 simply connect via a LAN Router. Sharing a music library is just the beginning.

Novita nuovo modello MDJ-1000 v2 (2018)
1) E' stato rimosso il display VFD nel piatto e sostituito con una serie di LED, questo per aumentare l'affidabilità nelle nuove unità.



2) Ha un alimentatore interno anziché uno esterno, viene quindi alimentato direttamente a 220V sul retro.



3) E' stato cambiato il set dei chip per la funzionalità touch della Jog e reso automaticamente regolabile per tutti i differenti ambienti di utilizzo, praticamente il touch funziona ora meglio e non è più sensibile alle differenze di umidità dell'aria.

In allegato la mappatura aggiornata e le istruzioni per Traktor PRO 2.11, funziona sui modelli MDJ-900, MDJ-1000 v1 & v2.

- Connect the MDJ player to the computer using the supplied USB cable
- Press the MIDI source button on the MDJ device
- Open the Native Instruments Traktor application on your computer
- Open PREFERENCES in Traktor and go to the CONTROLLER MANAGER
- In the DEVICE SETUP section of the Controller Manager, click the ADD button
- Select IMPORT
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the TSI file is located.
- Select the TSI, then press OPEN. This will load the TSI into the controller manager.
- Back in the DEVICE SETUP area, select the MDJ device in the DEVICE dropdown
- To the right of the device list is the IN-PORT and OUT-PORT. Change both of these to the MDJ device you own and set Device Target deck.

Ricordatevi che dal menù dei due MDJ dovete impostare canali midi diversi per i due lettori, e associare poi i Device Target (Deck A e B) e le relative IN-PORT e OUT-PORT su Traktor.

hai notizie più precise? perché se allungano sto valutando se svenarmi e ripiegare sugli xdj 1000 pioneer

399 dollari in usa era il prezzo dei CDJ-700 scontati, ma mi sembra anche ovvio che costeranno un pelo di più dei 700 visto che li hanno migliorati di molto.

ma secondo te la mappatura per virtual dj sarà come quella di traktor che controlla solo il pc ed annulla il display del lettore??

Assolutamente no, su VirtualDJ la mappatura sarà completa e andrà anche il display.

Sto aspettando da un bel po' che escano e ogni volta tirano avanti il termine
Vorrei solo avere qualche indizio che mi faccia capire che tra poco usciranno
Non so magari anche solo il fatto che tu ce li abbia in testing
