Among the VMS4’s other MIDI features are: 50 LED illuminated buttons (including 18 with dual blue/red LEDs), 34 assignable rotary controllers, 5 assignable linear fader controllers, 4 assignable rotary encoders, long-life MIDI-assignable touch strips, two 10-bit resolution pitch sliders, 62 assignable MIDI buttons and switches, dual MIDI controls on all buttons and switches, and dual 2000 point resolution touch-sensitive turntable search controllers.

Those include the ability to use it with sound cards; 24-bit 48 kHz of analog audio; 16-bit 44.1 kHz USB audio; 10-bit resolution on all analog fader controls; and selectable USB modes; 4 in 4 out mode for running software effects on phono/line analog channels, or 2 in 8 out mode for running 4 software channels and master recording. All buttons on the VMS4 illuminate in dark environments and only take 2 msecs to respond to a DJ’s touch (4 msec response on all rotary and linear faders).

Allora ribadisco, in Germania consolle disponibile su diversi siti a 399 Euro + spedizione; in Italia disponibile su un sito Dj qualcosa... (non so se posso citarne il nome ma è abbastanza famoso...) a 1.108 Euro (diconsi Euro Millecentootto!!!!!)
Come si giustifica tale differenza?

1. il sito italiano non è attendibile... (ormai è risaputo!)
2. in germania non ti viene detto quando ti sarà consegnata... tu la ordini... poi.... chissà!!!

il desine dei potenziometri a "coppia" nei piccoli riquadri (quelli per effect e sample) mi aveva fatto subito pensare a virtual dj,visto che nel desine erano molto simili....nel dubbio mi ero stato zitto per non essere linciato,però vedo che alla fine la "stupidaggine" è stata fatta.

forse il canale 3 e 4 li hanno concepiti per le sorgenti esterne?oppure per il video?

Concordo, si vede che NI gli ha palesemente chiesto molti più soldi che Atomix per le licenze LE.

Le note positive sono che i canali microfonici funzionano come in un vero mixer per cui indipendenti dal software e come forse gia detto i 4 canali del mixer possono essere midi e analogici allo stesso tempo, vedi Pioneer DJM-5000.
